Sewing Baby's Christening Gown

Back from vacation and this is what I've been doing, sewing a christening gown. It took me about five days but it has not yet complete, just can't decide to add the sleeves or not.

Pleating- by pulling the blue thread

Blocking the pleats by using a sheet of stabilser

Beading- using cable stitch method

Attaching the back yoke and back skirt with the front bodice

Completed beading.

So does adding the sleeves looks better or without it?
